A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Premier, Actimize.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire client relationship lifecycle, from implementation to long-term partnership
  • Process renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with sales and technical support teams to facilitate smooth implementations and product feedback
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a Customer Success Manager role
  • Technical knowledge of financial crimes software
  • Experience managing mid-to-large size customer accounts
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technologies, Business Administration, or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and negotiate product offerings
