Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (Pulse) to manage a large book of SaaS customers remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to drive mutual success and growth
  • Stay updated on product features, providing insights to customers on leveraging solutions for their needs
  • Proactively identify and address customer issues, ensuring effective problem resolution and advocating for customer feedback within the organization
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Management in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven experience in audit, risk management, compliance, or GRC frameworks (preferred)
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with AuditBoard modules and advanced configurations (a plus)
  • Familiarity with customer success tools like Gainsight or Salesforce (a plus)
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage ambiguity effectively
