Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer for the West Coast region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive post-sales technical support by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues
- Provide timely service on new tickets, exceeding SLA goals for responses and resolutions
- Document issues and root cause analyses, and manage ticket escalations to engineering
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a technical field with 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Hands-on experience with Data Privacy and Security technologies, SQL/NoSQL databases, and Linux
- Demonstrated depth in the technical support lifecycle, including ticket logging and escalation
- Proficiency in Technical Support systems, such as Zendesk
- Understanding of Data Security and Privacy regulations is a strong plus
