Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Specialist I Bilingual.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls to resolve customer questions or concerns and identify opportunities for account renewals
- Make outbound calls to retain customers and offer energy plans
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain high levels of confidentiality
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing environment; call center experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- High School diploma or GED required
- Proficient in Windows-based computer programs with strong navigation skills
- Ability to type 35+ WPM and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
