Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in a related field preferred
• One year of work-related experience in healthcare administration or customer service
• Experience in healthcare organizations that bill insurance or provide medical supplies
• Proficiency in navigating multiple online EMR systems and healthcare software applications
• Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and payer policies is preferred
