Claims Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Supervisor to lead a team of Claims Processors and ensure accurate claims processing for employer-sponsored health plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee claims processing to ensure compliance with benefit plans and pricing agreements
• Manage claims inventory and educate claims staff on proper application of client benefit plans
• Develop policies and procedures for claims administration and monitor staff compliance

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with self-funded healthcare plans and claims processing in a TPA environment
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a claims team
• Experience with automated claims adjudication systems
• Thorough understanding of insurance policies and claims handling processes
• Ability to analyze claims data for informed decision-making
