Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Recovery Representative - Workers' Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of workers compensation subrogation claims, ensuring quality service and prompt recoveries
• Conduct investigations to determine responsible parties and pursue recovery through negotiations and evidence gathering
• Review claims for subrogation potential and assist in training adjusters on recovery opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• At least two years of related work experience in workers compensation recovery
• Knowledge of insurance contracts, statutory and common law, and relevant state statutes
• Proficiency in claims software systems and Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote environment
