A company is looking for a Senior Member Advocate (Consumer Accounts) to support clients with Health Spending Account inquiries and enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to inbound callers regarding Health Spending Account inquiries
- Assist with enrollment related to Health Spending Account programs
- Ensure compliance and accountability in processing transactions accurately and timely
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with healthcare-related spending accounts (FSA, HSA, DCA, HRA) is required
- 5+ years of experience with Health Spending Accounts is ideal
- Strong customer-centric mindset and comfort level with technology
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Team player mentality with a focus on excellence
