Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier 2 Application Support Engineer to support their hybrid SaaS/on-premise pharmacy shipping solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve escalated technical issues from Tier 1 support
- Troubleshoot software and integration issues related to pharmacy shipping infrastructure
- Document solutions and create knowledge base articles for internal and customer use
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a Tier 2 support role
- Strong troubleshooting experience with Windows Server and PostgreSQL databases
- Experience supporting software in a remote/field installation environment
- Familiarity with shipping or logistics integrations
- Experience using CRM/helpdesk systems
