Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Navigator (H).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serves as team lead and subject matter expert, assisting management and staff
  • Handles escalations from agents and customers, addressing complaints and queries
  • Monitors agent performance for quality assurance and ensures adherence to schedules
Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • General knowledge of office procedures and operations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Any relevant education, certifications, and/or work experience may be considered
