A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to manage inquiries and provide support to Spanish-speaking patients and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inquiries from Spanish-speaking patients, health plans, and healthcare providers via telephone or email
- Route health plan representatives and providers to appropriate internal resources and handle customer questions or issues
- Maintain a high quality assurance score on calls and ensure timely email responses
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with typing speed of 45 wpm
- Prior experience in a call center is preferred
- Healthcare or Durable Medical Equipment (DME) experience is preferred
