Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience in technical support or engineering
- Strong experience in systems engineering and troubleshooting, particularly with Linux
- Proficiency in coding/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or C
- Experience building and maintaining mission-critical production database systems
- Ability to analyze and resolve issues holistically across various system tiers
