Job Description:

Summary

You’ll be the first point of contact for individuals navigating complex legal situations, helping them feel heard and supported. Your work will ensure that prospects are guided clearly and compassionately, while helping the team stay organized and focused. •Monthly Compensation: 1150 to 1220 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Translate and review Spanish content to ensure clarity and accuracy
•Simplify legal language into everyday terms for better understanding
•Conduct initial screenings to identify qualified prospects
•Refer incorrect prospects and manage referral partner communications
•Schedule paid consultations and process payments
•Prepare attorneys with key client details before consultations
•Follow up with qualified leads and refine follow-up procedures
•Maintain detailed CRM records of all interactions and prospects
•Handle high-maintenance callers with professionalism and empathy
•Review call recordings to improve conversion strategies
•Create and deliver accurate sales reports regularly
•Track and evaluate key sales metrics to support growth
•Adapt to automated processes and suggest improvements
•Match clients with attorneys based on budget and legal needs

Key Skills:
•Fluent or highly proficient in Spanish
•Strong verbal and written communication
•Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work quickly and efficiently
•CRM proficiency and data accuracy
•Comfortable using technology and adapting to new tools

Requirements:
•At least 2 years experience in client-facing or intake roles preferred
•Ability to follow structured procedures and meet deadlines
•Strong listening and problem-solving skills
•Comfortable handling sensitive or emotional conversations

•CRM: Qase (qase.ca)
•Voice IP: Go-to or Microsoft Teams
•Internal Communication: Outlook and Microsoft 365 Suite
•Calendar: Outlook

Work Shift:

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM [PST][PDT] (United States of America)
