Job Summary

A company is looking for a Psychiatry Support Specialist to join their clinical support team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for psychiatry providers and patients
• Assist with scheduling appointments and medication management sessions
• Facilitate communication among care teams and support providers with administrative tasks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• Experience in behavioral health, psychiatry, or clinical support strongly preferred
• At least one year of experience in patient support or a related role
• Familiarity with mental health terminology and psychiatric medications
• Ability to work effectively in a digital healthcare or telehealth environment
