Billing Resolution Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing & Posting Resolution Provider - EPIC.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate business office functions including patient billing, credit and collections, and data entry
• Implement and recommend new processes for billing and collections, ensuring compliance with established procedures
• Assist in managing employees, including coaching, training, and ensuring adherence to company policies

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hospital EPIC billing experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 1+ years of experience in a related role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
