A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts outreach to qualified patients while adhering to policies and procedures
- Articulates clinical services to encourage patient engagement and program participation
- Handles inbound and outbound calls, performs data entry, and maintains documentation of calls
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience
- Ability to work any of the 8-hour shift schedules during normal business hours
