Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior End User Support Engineer to join their End User Services team in New York.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide desktop and mobile device support firm wide
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software problems
- Own requests through to resolution, ensuring the requester is kept informed of the progress throughout
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with Windows Server support and administration
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory support and administration
- Experience with VMware or comparable systems
- Expertise in mobile device platforms (iOS, Android)
