Key Responsibilities
- Responds to and resolves customer requests via email and phone, including processing orders and addressing billing questions
- Answers product inquiries and facilitates communication for technical assistance
- Collaborates with other departments and suppliers to resolve customer issues and maintains service quality standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School education required; college degree preferred
- Currently holds a Customer Service position or possesses equivalent experience
- Ability to navigate multiple software programs and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn and apply new information effectively
