Key Responsibilities
- Contact a minimum of 10 service providers daily to gather feedback
- Document challenges and opportunities from providers and resolve inquiries
- Assist in onboarding new service providers and maintain a case resolved ratio in line with team goals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience in a customer service or support role
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Self-starter with minimal oversight needed
- Strong organizational skills to manage tasks amid interruptions
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
