Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service support to members and providers through various communication channels
- Conduct surveys related to health assessments and satisfaction of members and providers
- Document inquiries and collaborate with internal and external departments to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred: Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Familiarity with systems such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and CRM tools
- Ability to work scheduled shifts and potentially overtime or weekends
