Clinical Associate - Arizona

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Associate - Primary Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare members for telehealth visits and ensure comfort during video onboarding
• Coordinate care by managing lab testing, imaging, and durable medical equipment services
• Provide triage support and follow-up with members post-visit to assess their status

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) is required
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Two years of patient-facing experience, preferably with telehealth experience
• Prior experience in primary care is a plus
• Must be located in Pacific Standard Time for remote work
