A company is looking for a CSR II Patient Access Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers via high volume phone calls
- Maintain up-to-date reference materials and assist in disseminating updated information regarding protocols
- Guide and mentor new and existing team members in the patient access center
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of data entry experience
- 2 years of experience in a call center environment
- 1 year of clerical/customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
