Job Summary
A company is looking for a Disability Escalation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer-initiated claim escalations and inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with internal partners to enhance service satisfaction
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns while maintaining data integrity and recommending process improvements
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 5+ years of experience in Disability claims management preferred
- Knowledge of various Employee Benefit programs and relevant Federal and State Laws
- Familiarity with all Disability product lines (STD, LTD, FMLA, statutory claims)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
