Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disability Escalation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve customer-initiated claim escalations and inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with internal partners to enhance service satisfaction
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns while maintaining data integrity and recommending process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • 5+ years of experience in Disability claims management preferred
  • Knowledge of various Employee Benefit programs and relevant Federal and State Laws
  • Familiarity with all Disability product lines (STD, LTD, FMLA, statutory claims)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
