Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to own and nurture key client relationships and ensure successful delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing proactive communication and support
  • Lead regular business reviews and client meetings to assess progress and identify improvement opportunities
  • Monitor client performance metrics and drive account growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience managing client accounts or customer success, preferably in healthcare or health insurance
  • Strong relationship management skills to engage executive and operational stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • A bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field is a plus
