Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing proactive communication and support
- Lead regular business reviews and client meetings to assess progress and identify improvement opportunities
- Monitor client performance metrics and drive account growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing client accounts or customer success, preferably in healthcare or health insurance
- Strong relationship management skills to engage executive and operational stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- A bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field is a plus
