Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Success Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers focused on onboarding, adoption, and retention
  • Own the customer journey and drive key performance indicators related to onboarding and product adoption
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and serve as an escalation point for at-risk customers


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience leading customer-facing SaaS teams
  • Proven experience in delivering onboarding and customer health programs at scale
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and workflow tools
  • Strong analytical and program management skills
