Key Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers focused on onboarding, adoption, and retention
- Own the customer journey and drive key performance indicators related to onboarding and product adoption
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and serve as an escalation point for at-risk customers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience leading customer-facing SaaS teams
- Proven experience in delivering onboarding and customer health programs at scale
- Hands-on experience with CRM and workflow tools
- Strong analytical and program management skills
