A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market Pooled.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage a portfolio of customers through a pooled model, supporting key journey milestones
- Leverage predictive signals to guide customer journeys and facilitate product adoption
- Deliver value through 1:many engagements including webinars and curated outreach
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related SaaS roles
- Experience managing large customer portfolios in a pooled or scaled model
- Understanding of common Jira and Confluence end-user use cases
- Experience with Gainsight (or similar CRM tool) and Salesforce
- Strong organizational and time management skills
