Key Responsibilities

• Receive in-depth training and be assigned to one of four teams for client calls
• Make 16-24 completed calls per hour using predictive dialing equipment
• Secure financial gifts from donors while maintaining fundraising and productivity metrics

Required Qualifications and Education

• 1 year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong employment record
• Dedicated wired internet connection
• A quiet home workspace free from interruptions
• Basic computer skills
• Commitment to charitable and non-profit causes
