Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Customer Care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the team to meet goals, compliance, and department standards
  • Conduct coaching sessions, performance appraisals, and team meetings to enhance team performance
  • Analyze data and monitor performance indicators to identify trends and implement improvement plans
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of three years of customer service experience, including one year in a call center environment
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a call center is strongly preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with the healthcare field, particularly Medicaid or Medicare, is preferred
