A company is looking for a Team Lead, Customer Care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the team to meet goals, compliance, and department standards
- Conduct coaching sessions, performance appraisals, and team meetings to enhance team performance
- Analyze data and monitor performance indicators to identify trends and implement improvement plans
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate's Degree preferred
- Minimum of three years of customer service experience, including one year in a call center environment
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a call center is strongly preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with the healthcare field, particularly Medicaid or Medicare, is preferred
