Job Summary

A company is looking for a Premier Brokerage Associate to provide exceptional service and support to clients in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and support to retail customers, explaining concepts clearly
• Assist clients with trading of various securities in an inbound call center environment
• Manage service requests including account opening, asset movement, and trade facilitation

Required Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required
• FINRA fingerprinting required
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services
• Knowledge of equities trading, fixed income, and options
• Prior remote work experience preferred
