Application Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Engineer to join their exchange support team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert level remote management and support for the trading exchange, ensuring system availability and application performance
• Participate in the development and continuous improvement of services, including the implementation of 3rd party tools
• Work evenings and weekends as needed to cover support needs and assist with a variety of issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Knowledge or experience in options and futures trading markets
• Database, software, or IT technical experience
• Incident Management experience
• Experience with SQL, Linux, and system monitoring software
