Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a high-volume call environment
- Prior experience in HR support or familiarity with HRIS platforms is a plus
- Ability to absorb and apply technical information quickly
- Proven ability to manage stress and stay composed under pressure
