Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling assignments between signing agents, borrowers, and clients
- Handle incoming calls regarding scheduling and monitor scheduling emails
- Review loan modification documents for accuracy and maintain relationships with signing vendors and clients
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-year customer service experience
- Good organizational skills
- Strong multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with MS Office and office equipment
