Job Summary
A company is looking for a Fan Operations Concierge team member to enhance fan experiences through personalized assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for fans regarding orders and inquiries
- Assist fans proactively through various communication channels to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain PCI compliance and provide accurate information regarding order status
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 3 years of customer service and/or contact center experience preferred
- Ability to type at least 15 words per minute
- Experience in the E-Commerce space preferred but not necessary
- Passion for sports and a strong desire to enhance fan engagement
- Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
