Georgia P&C Licensed Customer Service Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Agent (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
• Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, and sending policy documents
• Assist customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies and help retain policyholders at risk of cancellation

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a call center environment
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
• Passion for helping others
• Willingness to obtain a P&C license within 60 days of starting
• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 12:30pm to 9pm ET
