Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Triage Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage oncology patient calls regarding treatment, surgery, and appointment information
• Monitor and manage patient symptom management to minimize emergency department visits
• Facilitate communication among the multidisciplinary cancer care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Registered Nurse multistate or Florida single state licensure required
• Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Certification as an Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred
• Three years or more of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Two years or more of oncology experience required
