Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, preferably with chat support
  • Bachelor's or College Degree in any field
  • Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications and MS Office
  • Exposure to social media is a plus
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills with a focus on client satisfaction
