A company is looking for a Proactive Customer Recall Agent (Remote - Ohio).
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and emails to inform vehicle owners about safety recalls and schedule appointments with dealerships
- Provide excellent customer service while representing a major domestic auto manufacturer
- Assist with team projects and offer timely solutions through various communication channels
Required Qualifications
- One or more years of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. Eastern time
- Must be an Ohio resident with a high-speed internet connection via Ethernet or landline
- Able to maintain a distraction-free work environment
