Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Rep II to join their HealthFirst Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service through various channels, maintaining ownership of member resolutions
  • Educate members on benefit plans and healthcare resources, guiding them through their healthcare journey
  • Resolve member complaints and ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines during all interactions
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of experience in the healthcare industry with direct member contact
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Preferred: 1+ year of telephonic verification of medical benefits and 2+ years in a benefits-focused role
  • Preferred: Exposure to medical claims, including ICD-9/10 and CPT coding
