Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Engineer (US based).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide post-sales technical support, configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices to customers via multiple communication channels
- Manage support cases to ensure timely recording, tracking, resolution, and follow-up of issues
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues using fault isolation and root cause analysis skills
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a support organization
- Strong technical experience with Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, Python, or other scripting languages
- Familiarity with HSM and KMS in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Google, Azure)
- Understanding of HSM and various crypto interfaces (e.g., PKCS#11, CAPI)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment
