A company is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist (Evening U.S. Hours) - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to patient inquiries (phone/text) with clarity, empathy, and discretion
- Explain next steps, book consults, and manage follow-ups in the CRM
- Coordinate with surgeons/concierge team to keep timelines on track
Required Qualifications
- Consistent availability from 6:00 pm-1:00 am ET with a reliable internet connection
- Customer service/support experience and comfort with CRM tools
- Experience in healthcare, medspa, or aesthetics is a plus
- Basic HIPAA/PHI awareness is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
