Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist (Evening U.S. Hours) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to patient inquiries (phone/text) with clarity, empathy, and discretion
  • Explain next steps, book consults, and manage follow-ups in the CRM
  • Coordinate with surgeons/concierge team to keep timelines on track
Required Qualifications
  • Consistent availability from 6:00 pm-1:00 am ET with a reliable internet connection
  • Customer service/support experience and comfort with CRM tools
  • Experience in healthcare, medspa, or aesthetics is a plus
  • Basic HIPAA/PHI awareness is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
