Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Request Specialist - Third Shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Submit MACD requests and vendor orders for equipment on behalf of customers
- Update system assets and assist with mobile phone activation
- Monitor vendor responses and oversee the organization of the ServiceNow ticketing system
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience working for a mobile carrier preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal management oversight
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and typing (minimum 40 words per minute)
- Ability to secure public trust security clearance
