Service Request Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Request Specialist - Third Shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Submit MACD requests and vendor orders for equipment on behalf of customers
• Update system assets and assist with mobile phone activation
• Monitor vendor responses and oversee the organization of the ServiceNow ticketing system

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience working for a mobile carrier preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal management oversight
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and typing (minimum 40 words per minute)
• Ability to secure public trust security clearance
