Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Support Analyst - Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remote support via telephone and chat for end users
  • Document and manage end user requests in the Incident Tracking System
  • Participate in meetings and apply feedback for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Familiarity with modern technology and best support practices
  • Prior customer service experience is required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical certifications such as A+, N+, Security+, HDI, or ITIL are preferred
  • Basic understanding of UPMC technologies and troubleshooting processes
