Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Support Analyst - Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote support via telephone and chat for end users
- Document and manage end user requests in the Incident Tracking System
- Participate in meetings and apply feedback for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with modern technology and best support practices
- Prior customer service experience is required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Technical certifications such as A+, N+, Security+, HDI, or ITIL are preferred
- Basic understanding of UPMC technologies and troubleshooting processes
