Claims Adjustment Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Adjustment Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Update claim information based on research and communication from providers and compliance offices
• Complete necessary adjustments to claims and ensure proper benefits are applied
• Communicate with Health Plans and Internal Business Partners to resolve claims errors/issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 6+ months of claim processing or medical/insurance experience
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid processes
• Ability to work full-time and maintain flexibility in scheduling
