Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls from brokers, clients, merchants, and financial institutions regarding banking services
- Ensure adherence to established call procedures and customer service standards
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries professionally
Required Qualifications and Training
- Experience working in a high-volume call center environment
- Banking experience is a must
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Completion of a 3-4 weeks paid training program
- Must be able to maintain high levels of accuracy when addressing customer concerns
