Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Contact Center Representative - PRN Days.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming and make outbound patient calls regarding billing inquiries and collection activities
  • Perform collection activities on outstanding patient balances and offer payment arrangements
  • Research patient complaints and inquiries, escalating to leadership as necessary while keeping patients informed
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in collections, customer service, or business office
  • Solid knowledge of Revenue Cycle functions, including insurance billing and collections
  • Proficiency in personal computer programs necessary for job duties
  • Ability to work independently within established guidelines
