Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Contact Center Representative - PRN Days.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming and make outbound patient calls regarding billing inquiries and collection activities
- Perform collection activities on outstanding patient balances and offer payment arrangements
- Research patient complaints and inquiries, escalating to leadership as necessary while keeping patients informed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in collections, customer service, or business office
- Solid knowledge of Revenue Cycle functions, including insurance billing and collections
- Proficiency in personal computer programs necessary for job duties
- Ability to work independently within established guidelines
