Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II / 988 BUC / Part Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Models effective communication and recovery-oriented living skills to clients
• Accepts service requests and responds to calls, chats, and texts promptly
• Maintains knowledge of resources and programs to provide appropriate client referrals

Required Qualifications

• Four years of full-time paid experience in a mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Ability to perform assessments and make appropriate dispositions based on client needs
• Experience collaborating with staff and referral sources for client support
• Familiarity with documentation protocols and data input in informational systems
• Ability to handle phone requests under time and decision-making pressure
