A company is looking for a part-time Mental Health Specialist II for the 988 Lifeline Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Models good communication and recovery-oriented living skills for clients
• Accepts service requests and responds to calls, chats, and texts promptly
• Maintains knowledge of resources and programs to guide clients and make referrals

Required Qualifications

• Four years of full-time paid experience in a mental health or human service field
• Or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant mental health or human service field
• Ability to perform assessments and document interactions with clients
• Experience in crisis intervention and handling high-pressure situations
• Ability to collaborate effectively with staff and referral sources
