A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships through regular trainings, webinars, and outreach to drive EBC usage
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Analyze customer data to provide recommendations and advocate for best practices
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of customer success experience in relevant fields
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships, including with c-level executives
  • Proficiency in data analysis, particularly in MS Excel; Smartsheet experience is a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
  • Experience in a 1:many customer success model is a plus
