A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships through regular trainings, webinars, and outreach to drive EBC usage
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Analyze customer data to provide recommendations and advocate for best practices
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer success experience in relevant fields
- Ability to build strong customer relationships, including with c-level executives
- Proficiency in data analysis, particularly in MS Excel; Smartsheet experience is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Experience in a 1:many customer success model is a plus
