Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end customer onboarding process, including launch and post-launch support
• Assist customers in setting up templated configurations of the product
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and success

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in business-to-business software or digital healthcare
• Experience in an early-stage startup or organization using SCRUM or Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of webhook configuration, REST APIs, and related tools
• Experience complying with HIPAA requirements
