Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Assistant - Remote who must reside near Orlando, FL.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Heart Failure Program by coordinating patient enrollment and engagement
• Manage telehealth schedules and provide transitional care management for patients post-hospital discharge
• Maintain patient records, coordinate care, and deliver patient education while ensuring excellent patient-centric care

Required Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant through a recognized certification exam within one year of issuance
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 3 months of experience in a medical office setting preferred
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to work remotely with a dedicated space for patient privacy and reliable broadband
